My latest blog is on my thoughts on my verison of a physique division in the IFBB and NPC. This is my deepest blog post yet.

http://fitgems.blogspot.com/2008/08/ifbbnpc-physique-division-my-thoughts.html

A new poll is also up regarding the current Olympia champions. My next two blogs will feature pics of 25 pros and 25 amateurs that I would choose to compete in the Arnold Classic Physique, where I would hold the first physique shows at.

Interesting ideas.  I tend to feel that your proposal is a little complex and involved, but I like the posedown idea (I'm presuming that most musculars will be allowed in this final section?) I do appreciate and agree with the idea of looking at a balanced, flowing physique, but I reckon that FBBing should reward this, but, if your proposals led to FBBing being a category purely for the ultimate, extreme physiques so that people like me could ignore it,k then I don't mind.

If I was to choose 25 pro competitors to participate in a hypothetical Arnold Classic Physique contest, here's who I would choose. You might be surprised at who I chose. All you have to do is look at them and you could possible guess why I chose them over others. This also marks my first photo blog. WHEW!

BTW, FitGems is about to become more than just a blog. I'll fill you all in on this personal milestone soon.

Well...some of you might have noticed a change on my signature. Well, there's a reason to that. I've started a social network site on Wetpaint, to go along with my blog.   I've been working on this for the past few days, and I think this could be the beginning of something cool. I'm inviting everyone to this site: fellow competitors, models, photographers, fans, supporters, etc. Here's the site:

Enjoy the site and contribute whatever you can. Thanks!

It took me forever, but here are my Olympia predictions:

Fitness Olympia
http://fitgems.blogspot.com/2008/08/2008-fitness-olympia-predictions.html

Figure Olympia
http://fitgems.blogspot.com/2008/08/figure-olympia-2008-predictions.html

Miss Olympia
http://fitgems.blogspot.com/2008/09/2008-miss-olympia-predictions.html

In addition to that, I've posted a press release on Custom-Muscle, a new nutrition store run by former female wrestler Jackie Gayda-Haas, her husband Charlie Haas, and friend WWE wrestler Umaga.

http://fitgems.blogspot.com/2008/08/custom-muscle-press-release.html

Also a new poll is up: Should there be more female muscle coverage on TV?

Interesting.  I know virtually nothing about Fitness, so I'll leave that alone.  As for Figure, I like Gina Aliotti, so I hope she wins.  Ms O?  In all honesty, I don't like most ofthe current top Pros.  For my taste, they are too extreme, both in terms of conditioning and "the other thing".  I presume that Kristy Hawkins isn't in the list, given that you didn't mention her.
