I find that the best way to join pictures to messages in this forum is to use a link. 

For example -- the sketch below was uploaded to my free ImageShack account (www.imageshack.com).  I then clicked on the image and then the "Get code for Forums" button for the image.  I then copied and pasted that code into this message.  Almost any link can work from almost any URL.



As you can see, the code itself does not show in the message but a thumbnail of the associated sketch does.
