I've added Axel3.14 as a moderator on a number of boards.  His contributions to the site have been of consistently high quality and also voluminous.

With the disappearance of Wreck Shop's site, the workload here at She Grew! has grown to far exceed what I can manage on my own.  The holiday today is the first opportunity I've had time to even glance at She Grew! in two weeks.  Seriously, it's 1:30 in the afternoon and I'm still in my pajamas - I've been sitting here for 5 hours doing work on the two sites I run as Lingster.

So I'm looking for other people willing to step up and assume moderator status.  I'm willing to consider applications from anyone, but I'm looking for people like Axel3.14, Marknew, Smitty, Cowprobe, etc - long-term contributors to the genres we cover or to this site or both.

I have built other features for She Grew!  A story archive database and interface is done, built using phpNuke, and I have another feature in mind that I could install over a weekend.  But I can't turn them on until this place coalesces as a self-policing community - I have the time to install features, but not to do the upkeep.

So email me if you're interested in helping to mod the site, and also if you have any other ideas about what the site should do.  If - IF! - things get to the point where I'm confident in the backend human factor, I might be willing to do image hosting here.  (Though I'd probably add some text ads to pay for the bandwidth.)

Oh, and by the way - I want avatars to be kept below 200 pixels wide and 300 pixels tall.  I've left open the hole in the template code that permits large avatars, and I've taken advantage of it myself - but let's not get ridiculous, OK?

I've also added two new available board templates - the subSilver template (which is default on phpBB), and MDStyle, a boxy, high contrast template.

I don't like either but they might be easiest for some of you to read.

If anyone is still having trouble finding a readable template, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
