Why can't any new stories be posted on this forum?  What problem was it causing?

Don't get me wrong, Brawna seems Ok, but very few people seem to write anything there.

I hope it works though in the end, because it really doesn't seem so at the moment, being that not a single chapter of any story has appeared in Brawna since the new rules.
