The bad guy on this episode is a bad girl.  And the actress who plays the bad girl is a bad ass in the gym.  Figure competitor physique - noticeably muscular physique and a set of abs that don't quit.  Off-season.

Further research reveals it to be Stacy Haiduk, who played Lana Lang on the old Superboy TV show, the more recent Heroes and also as a regular on All My Children.

The episode is playing a lot over the next week or ten days, so check your local listings.  She looks niiiiize.

Yeah, I just watched it, and I was quite surprised.  Very nice.  Fiona isn't that bad either.  She just kinda looks like she could use some lotion now and again.

Oh also, Burn Notice is one of the better shows on USA.  And by better, I mean good.

Oh yeah. I was thinking of posting about Burn Notice when I saw the episode.  I was distracted a bit but did catch those abs! I didn't know who the woman was until now. Thanks Lingster. And there is a fight scene between the bad girl character and Fiona. Not bad. It's airing again @ 1:00AM Friday on USA Network.

Nice find Lingster. Very cool.

ust thought I'd pass this along...

On a slightly different note, another really buff actress who is the same age as Stacy Haiduk is Melora Walters who played the Ashton Kutchner's mother in the "Butterfly Effect." She has a nice sixpack also if you can find her on google.

A few nice workout pics of Stacy here: http://s194.photobucket.com/albums/z211/madmax107sq1/EP6/?start=20
She's not very buff, but everyone has to start somewhere right?

And with significantly more musculature on show: http://stacy-haiduk.tripod.com/id52.html

She lean but not built in that old seaquest show.  I rember her, she was hot back than also.  She was always working out on that show, if you notice.

That was a good show.  Made no sense, but it still a good show!
