I think that NO2 was the brand name of the product, and that it was really NO, as AlexG said.  I just recall the claims they were making (about having perpetually 'pumped' muscles) and that "NO2" was emblazoned on a brochure in big letters.  It seemed designed more for show than for actual physical improvement.

Basically, NO helps to increase strength, if used in conjunction w/ creatine - but more so, endurance (for longer then normal workouts) and your turnover time in recovery.

I don't know of anyone whose had "perpetually pumped muscles" from using it, but certainly the "pumped" effect lasts a great deal longer post-workout and decreases the bodily fatigue you might start to feel later in the day.

Hmm...as a biologist who has done some muscle research, I'm a touch dubious about this.  I stress that I'm not commenting on the claimed vasodilatory effect of NO because I'm not well-informed enough on this particular idea, but I can't see how that would affect raw strength.  Endurnce, yes:  increased blood flow to muscles = incresed oxygen availabilty = less need to switch to anaerobic respiration, therefore reduced build-up of anaerobic metabolites such as lactic acid.

Regardless of the all this talk about steriods use.  Lets be 100% honest.  NO women or male BB.  Would be able to get as big and as strong as they are now without them and other drug.  When you look at the nautral BB they are about 1/3 the size of a non-nautral BB.  My theory I like big and strong women-the bigger and the stronger the better acutally.  And if it takes steriods to get them like that.  They should be free and legal.

I think it all comes down to what the role of government is - do we trust people to act responsibly, or do we ned to make potentially dangerous drugs illegal?  There is no doubt from the evidence that excessive steroid use causes side-effects, some potentially life-threatening.

Last April or May a 19 year old local Seaton Hill University student.  High on drugs, broke into a rent a cop Apt. at random and tried to stab him and the rent a cop was able to beat him off with his gun.  But for some reason did not shot him.

Than he went running around the downtown area and was stop by a female police office and after her taser and peper spray did not work on him.  He beat her up and try to steal his car and was arrested by the police while doing that.  He pleaed guilt to some charges and will spend 5 to 23 months in jail.

Than this April a 23 yaer old student from the SAME university went nuts at his house in town here and the police SWAT team shot it out with him and he was killed.

Both of these stdents was high on drugs, not steriods, they did not say what kind of drugs.  BUt what ever it was made than go nuts.  I am sure there more incidents of that type of drug use, than "roid rage" that can be documnted.

Sorry if this seems rude, but what has this got to do with it? Huh  You might as well say that they hadn't eaten fast food any earlier than an hour before they both went beserk, which proves that fast food doesn't cause people to go on mad rampages.

Nothing since she was last reported on a few months ago, at least according to a recent news article search I conducted on Google.

I've not seen anything mentioned @ the Muscle Mayhem forums, either.
