It's not even finished yet! ...but I'm so excited at how it's turning out I have to share it with y'all.
So I had the day off from my job, and I'm trying to do a little bit on everything... I do have two panels done on the next page of
Tetsuko #2... when a photo that had been lying in wait on my hard drive leaped out and screamed
"Draw me!!" (That's happened to you other artists, hasn't it? ...no? then I guess I
am going crazy...) I got it from HerBiceps, and it instantly suggested the perfect situation. I flipped it from its original orientation, it just seemed better compositionally this way. It suggested Tetsuko going clubbing, wearing a hot little outfit and strutting her stuff to a thumpin' techno beat.
Here's what my blueline rough drawing looked like:
And here's how the finished "ink" lines turned out:
("Ink" is in quotes because everything was drawn in-computer.)
It may be a few days before I color it, because I do want to get back to my other projects... but rest assured, when it's finished it'll appear here first!
And even though she's not naked, this may well be the sexiest Tetsuko drawing I've done so far.
