I think it's Amber Steel.  The voiceover calls her Amber and at buffmuff.com she says a hobby is "Advising mixed martial arts fighters".

I'm not sure who it is, but the photo has obviously been retouched: huge bicep development, yet no tricep or forearm development whatsoever. Sad but true Sad
