a story where an alien gives a woman the ability to take what she wants from other people. I think just after the encounter she is hitch hiking, gets picked up by a young girl who she transfers her heroine (?) addiction to, and a few other bits. There is a big arm wrestling scene too where she takes strength from a lot of people.
