If it was all in good fun, then no harm done. I see the problem here, though:
But your response to Blulew came out as uncalled for. I could say, "I don't know what Riddick's problem with Blulew is, he didn't do anything to her." It was as less offensive than your assumption that Blulew was after your digits and your knickers
I didn’t assume anything about Blulew. I was just being clear as to who I am and what I’m about to make sure he, and anyone who read it, didn’t assume anything about me. Like I said, I have had to deal with this before. As far as I know, he’s a normal guy not looking to hit on me or anything, and unless he does something to shake that impression, it’s how I’ll think of him. You just get the dorks that think “Hey, chick you likes muscles in a muscle forum, SHE MUST BE HERE SO I CAN HIT ON HER!!!1111ONE” and thus I’m hit on. Or “wow, she posted a pic, that means she digs me!” People misinterpret things all the time (even here, I didn’t know you were joking), so I wanted to take a precaution. For some guys, when a chick answers a question he asked about her (even something as stupid as “how tall are you?”), he takes that as me flirting with him even if all I say is “5’7.” I know, it sounds stupid and unrealistic, but trust me, it happens. And if it sounds stupid and unrealistic, good for you for not being one of those dorks.
But yeah, I didn't think he was hitting on me. Just on the off-chance that he was or might, or that anyone who did or might reads my comment to him, now they know.
As a guy with an Endomorphic body type, that is to say chubby, I'm pretty quick to question any advice that I should eat fat.
What is your experience with fat levels while getting into shape?
Naturally, you want to make sure to eat GOOD fats…aka, the mono- and poly-unsaturated stuff, as found in nuts and salmon for example. Stay away from saturated fat. You probably knew this, but in case you didn’t, you do now.
When I was on a weight-loss diet, I strayed from as many fats as I could, except for in salmon because I know Omega-3 fatty acids are good for you. I wouldn’t eat nuts and I stayed as low-fat as possible. Fats scared the crap outta me.
Now that I’ve lost the weight and am on a bodybuilding regimen, I do consume fat because Lee Hayward (the dude on the link) says to do so. You know, it’s how it all works together and I’ve heard this from more than one place, but only Mr. Hayward has ever presented me a formula

In conjunction with eating good fats, I upped my protein intake and am taking Zinc (natural muscle builder) and Kelp (iodine for a healthy thyroid) supplements, I have increased my strength dramatically in the past two weeks. Well, dramatically to me, I don’t know what people usually gain. In the past two weeks, I almost doubled my bicep strength, and in the past week (incidentally, I started eating more fats in the past week), I am now doing almost as much weight with one arm on the rowing machine as I did with two arms (I fractured one of my fingers, so it’s all one-handed rows until she heals).
"DON'T GET CAUGHT UP IN MINUTIA - FOCUS ON FUNDAMENTALS" seems like an excellent tip, and includes the word "minutia," which is a plus.
Ah yes, brains + brawn
