The effects aren't bad but I'm not sure all the CGI or digital effects in the world can hide the fact that Callista Flockhart's innards have probably seen less use than the new Swiss navy's aircraft carrier.

I do, though, find her and the whole programme very sad - I once read that the producers were always criticising the actresses for putting on too much weight (in other words, looking vaguely healthy). It's one of the reasons I respect Ellen DeGeneres - apparently, she coaxed her partner out of the worst of her eating disorder after they stopped making it. All in all, I find that whole culture very depressing and saddening.
