Legal sexual age varies from country to country, and this being an online site (which of course caters to people all over the world), Im not sure its as cut and dry to say sex acts Must be 18 or over (especially when theyre depicted with partners of their own age level).
Doesn't matter if the website is hosted in the United States. In technicality, that would make someone liable under U.S. law regardless of their country of origin. Furthermore, it's not really about the age of consent, many states in the U.S. have that as the age of 16, it is what is defined as a "minor" under Federal law and it how it pertains to works of artistic merrit vs works which
maybe defined as not possessing artistic merrit. In U.S. Federal law, that age is 18.
I'm just saying at this will be the last time I post.
Anyways, I'm not trying go into legalize about all of this stuff and nor am I lawyer. However, I don't think the new posting rules are unreasonable. In the end, I think that most of us can say that it is better to be safe than sorry.
