Kim Kardashian - Fit in Your Jeans by Friday Workout.  She not to buff.  But She working out with a very lean and muscular women.  Check her flexing at about 45:10 in to the video.  Very, very, nice- double bicep pose.

Ms Kardashian doesn't need to be buff. She's got more than enough curves, in alllllll the right places, to make up for it.  Shocked  Grin

OH MY GOD, I LOVE this workout!!  Thanks for sharing that GWHH!  Now I can burn that DVD and do some serious stomach tightening!  Seriously, that will come in very handy considering KK and I share a similar body shape.
