Yeeeeeeeah, I'm pretty sure she not natural either. I don't think she abuses, though perhaps may be wanting to switch genders which can happen as I think she may also be that type of gal. So she may not mind looking like that. 

What would be super hilarious would be if Connie Chung came out as gay and married Caroline Wang. The wedding announcement in the newspaper would be Wang Chung

Personally from the neck down I don't find her unattractive. Her legs could be a bit bigger to match her upper body. Facially? I've seen worse. And while that sounds harsh but I'm sure she knows she doesn't have a face like Pamela Anderson. Unless she has some obvious facial hair there is nothing in drugs that will make her look like a guy. Growth hormone can cause some jaw growth and cartilage growth but not that much. Her hair's awful though. And while I'm at it it it doesn't take into account her sexuality either. There it's either yippie or my lose and I can't do anything about it.
The NABBA has often been the haven for the really big gals. They aren't afraid of mass. When someone like her shows up in the NPC/IFBB they tend to get thrown out before they are even judged but by pushing the envelope they tend to make some of the bigger women more acceptable. Still if you go back 10 years or so for the most part the big women were as big as the big women are today and there have been a few women who were outside of that.
