I think we haven't even seen the TIp of the iceberg regarding female athletes, who are bigger, stronger and faster then anyone on the planet.
There's a whole new LEAP in genetic mutation called Liam a rare condition loosely called myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy that causes the muscles to grow at an enormous rate . So far , what I've read, only a few male children have been discovered to have this condition . But I'm sure there's a little girl out there somewhere bending the bars of her crib just itching to get out!

And most genetic "mutations" also come with serious downsides. Myostatin hypertrophy that a subject doesn't outgrow, (it usually manifests in childhood and disappears by late childhood) is accompanied by severe heart muscle damage. Its not just the show muscles that overdevelop, but ALL muscles, including the heart which is in its entirety.
The world isn't some comic book where a chemical, serum, radiation or insect bite creates a muscle freak that lives a normal, healthy life amongst us, except when they rip off their shirt.
You tweak a gene, it doesn't effect just one thing.

Ya think? I don't know. Caroline Wang reminds me a lot of Juggernaut. I think she has the mutant X gene

EXACTLY. If it were that simple, we'd all be genetically engineered by now. A lot of it is down to gene expression modulation, which is an immensely complex area.

The best interchange I've ever heard about the ramifications of genetic tinkering and mutation was from a scifi movie. Blade Runner. It comes near the end of the film.
Roy: "I want more life f****r"
Tyrell: "Ahhh, the facts of life... To make an alteration in the evolvement of an organic life system is fatal. A coding sequence cannot be revised once it's been established."
Roy: "Why not?"
Tyrell: "Because by the second day of incubation, any cells that have undergone reversion mutations give rise to revertant colonies like rats leaving a sinking ship, then the ship sinks."
Roy: "What about EMS recombination?"
Tyrell: "We've already tried it. Ethyl methane sulfonate is an alkalating agent and a potent mutagen. It created a virus so lethal the subject was dead before he left the table."
Roy: "Then, a repressive protein that blocks the operating cells..."
Tyrell: "Wouldn't obstruct replication but it does gives rise to an error replication so that the newly formed DNA strand carries a mutation and you've got a virus again."
Tyrell: "But, uh, this... all of this is academic. You were made as well as we could make you."

Hum.. now that I have heard Caroline's voice... yikes. Whatever it is, if she's comfy in her skin, then more power to her. Maybe the goal for her is to be as manly as possible? Would be curious to know if she has a boyfriend or a girlfriend.

This film is pure gold.
I've… seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. All those… moments will be lost… in time… like… tears… in rain. Time... to die.
