    but…. couldn’t lifting that much like she did hurt her?

    Sure, if you don’t properly brace yourself first.

    She’s using the DB rack to do just that, but a bench would work just as well.

    There’s always an inherent danger to any movement
    if you don’t pre-think out what you’re going to do before you perform it.

    Not certain if that’s what you were asking, could you clarify your statement?
