I’m always a fan of FMG stories; I’d love to see your barbarian princess story continue!

FMG, in general, is what’s popular.

Can be Giantess (GTS) or enlarged at a more normal stature. Slow growth or a rapid transformation, with a element of graphic detail given to the process of the change. That its a well-crafted story is what counts most, IMHO, with background, character development, depth, etc.

Just myself, but its usually best if you write about what you like / are interested in expressing.

My favorite are stories involving both male and female muscle growth . However, they are rare in the sea of stories found on these types of sites.

Yeah, I’d have to agree that heterosexual male/female MG stories are the exception on most of the growth-oriented forums. That’s probably because a majority of the authors have personal creative apprehensions about dealing w/ the schlong factor, that and having a dominate masculine protagonist as an essential part of the story.

As I’ve often expressed in the past whenever this topic comes up, it’s not that you’re sexually attracted to the male character, but rather wanting to be that male character that experiences the transformation process.

Didn’t know the reason behind the rarity of male/female MG stories. Agreed, I’m not attracted to the male character. I like the idea of both man and woman meeting each other, revealing their common interest, and how they coexist as a story progresses (be it how they solve a problem together or how they live with the power they possess).

I find myself leaning toward superhero/action/comedy stories based in FMG, with some cool strength feats thrown in.

On the reason behind no FMG/MMG combo stories, I think it’s also a matter of gender focus in the power fantasy. A male getting power in the female based story can potentially subtract from the dominance of the female (and vice versa.)

I actually enjoy pseudo-realistic stories. The muscle growth should appear to be plausible, using realistic means (training, drugs, exercise), before slowly reaching a level that is completely insane and fantastic.
I don’t mind male muscle growth, but I approve of Vollar-Tile’s sentiment.
Also, I like fetish wear and domination. Finally, having an actual plot is also awesome, although I can really get behind some “pure growth” scenes.

You might have read them, but if not, the stories by Hi-Standard might be of interest to you. Although he’s probably best known for his GTS stories, he did pen two MG stories involving normal sized M/F couples – “Boomfood”, and “The Inheritors”.

As growth fiction goes, the stories by Avida Dolor were fairly realistic w/ the weight training and use of enhancement drugs by the female characters, but his stuff was also extremely violent.

Thank you for the advice. I’ll take a look at it!
