    Great story from a quality broadsheet here in the UK – a lady called Gia Milinovitch (the film-maker wife of Professor Brian Cox, who is essentially our equivalent of of Neil DeGrasse Tyson) punched an intruder in their home and wrote eloquently about how she loves the confidence and strength she’s developed through boxing training:

    Comment is free I punched the man who broke into my home – it came naturally
