I’d say early 90. The font style and on-screen setup matches what ESPN was using back then.

unkn0wnxIf she is around 63 today and she was 29 at the time; then it’s around 34 years ago. Which would put it 1987-1988. Late 80’s early 90s.
I liked her back then (but not crazy), but I only found one clip of her that I still kept.
