Bazooka Jules?

    Has anyone ever heard of this comic book character?

    I've heard of Bazooka Jules! I used to get the comics but, I have to admit, I've given up on her because it's been a very long time since the last issue. Which is a shame, really, because I thought it was good stuff. I could try and do a written story around her but for two things. The first is that I feel that would be missing the point a bit – Jules is a comic book character and should be drawn to be appreciated. The second point is that I still haven't finished "Vanessa's Vengeance" due to lack of time and that lack of time isn't going to go away any time soon. 🙁

    Still, it's a great idea and I'd love to see someone take it up!

    Was this comic ever available in a printed form, or only as an online comic?

    I know the first two issues were in print.  There was talk about a third issue, but the computer I had at the time crashed and I lost the link.

    I was able to get all 3 issues from an online comics dealer. Wondering if the 4th issue will ever see print within our lifetimes.

    I think the company died, despite having some good titles (didn't they do something called Cla$$war that got good reviews??).  Its a shame, but that's business for you  :-(.

    There were 3 issues of Bazooka Jules published, plus a bumper edition containing issues 1+2.  I know there was a big buzz around the title when issue #1 landed (copies were going for £10-£15 very soon afterwards) and it is a very cute idea for a character, so hopefully Jules will return one day.

    The one big TF scene was spread across issues one and two, and there was also a much shorter one in issue three.  Only Jules hair and breasts ever grew (although you heard the symbiote inside her "thinking" and stating that Jules speed and strength were hugely increased you never saw any other physical changes).

    Neil Googe is doing Majestic for Wildstorm/DC. Maybe he could finish Bazooka Jules as a creator-owned project there.
