I tried grocery pickup recently because my schedule was packed and I wanted to save time instead of walking through the entire store myself. When I arrived home and unpacked everything, I realized several basic items were completely missing from the order. The receipt showed them as fulfilled, which made the situation even more confusing. I understand substitutions happen occasionally, but in this case nothing was replaced or explained at all. I contacted customer support hoping the issue could be resolved quickly, but the responses felt automated and repetitive. The biggest frustration was needing those items for dinner that same evening, so I still had to make another trip afterward anyway. It completely defeated the purpose of using pickup service in the first place. Are grocery pickup mistakes becoming more common for other people too?
