ParticipantHet Muscle Growth Nut,
I downloaded the images from a previous Stunner post on this site and worked a bit of magic. 😀

Really! … I thought I'd missed something (had I known this was on the stands I'd have bought it!) Kind of disappointing to know it wasn't an actual comic.
…Which is a tribute to your skills; they do look like original panels. Good job!

It's still (mostly) on-topic for this forum, so I'll not quibble about it. 😉
However, I've added "artistically enhanced" to the title header to forwarn anyone that its not an untouched scan. 😎

Curse you and your misleading ways! 😀
Ah, well…You know, I read recently about a guy who was part of the same VR program as Stunner, and a mishap caused him to transform into a flesh-and-blood duplicate of his VR form. It would be fairly easy for an interested writer to have her wake up from her coma to discover a few "changes"…

ParticipantThat's a really fantastic piece of enhancement – had you said nothing, I would have been none the wiser to her appearance. Shame she didn't look like that in the actual comic 😉
And really, as she is a VR construct – she should be able to look like anything from a Phillipino hemaphrodite midget through to an Amazonic catgirl goddess with tits twice the size of her head. Theoretically at least.
