Hey folks,
As you know (or may not know) for the past 2 years I have been working on my final female muscle growth animation. This is the largest most epic event that's going to hit the internet if this project can get completed. I have over 600-700 frames full of women growing huge gorgeous muscles to simply shred out of their clothes. No preference has been left untouched, all portions of the female body have been covered and animated by me.
But damn 2 years and I'm still not even close to done!
If any artist, sound effects guy, wants to jump aboard and help me complete these animations I would be most appreciative. I do have a specific format that I need to follow but at this point I'm willing to try anything ANYONE gives me. I just want to get this animation done before the next millenium hits.
If anyone is interested in helping me finish this massive project, please contact me! I unfortunately cannot offer any monetary assistance but then again look at me, I'm risking carpal tunnel and arthritis to get the project done for FREE. If anyone can assist me with anything (Don't need writers or colorists at the moment) please contact me or post in this thread as soon as you can!

If you need someone to draw backgrounds or do some tweening I could certainly help out with that. I would be relunctant to do whole scenes of animation, though, as probably my style wouldn't fit in with what's already been done.
January 30, 2006 at 1:36 am #21599TC2ParticipantTweening huh? That's exactly what I need!
You tell me what you require of me to send you in order to create tweens and I will send the files as soon as I can.
January 30, 2006 at 4:18 am #21600dwarfpriestParticipantI think I can help. You'll do it on Flash? Sorry I havent followed most yahoo group's news, so I dont know how much you have done on your project, but anything I can help. lemme know.
January 30, 2006 at 5:28 am #21601TC2ParticipantI don't know how to use flash and I don't really have the time to learn it. If there is a way to mix Flash with what I do which is "GIFS" I am all for it. But at the moment I've been animating everything through the archaic means on MSpaint. This doesn't mean that those who want to help need to do it in MSpaint, but whatever format they choose to work in has to be compatible with the GIF or it has to be in such a way that I could put both files together and have them play seamlessly.
January 30, 2006 at 3:57 pm #21602ReasonParticipantWow, you did all that with MSPaint 😮 :-o?!?? That's impressive, but hopefully one day I can convince you to go vector – either Moho (commercial but cheap) or Synfig (new free alternative). That way the tweening is done automatically and there's none of that nasty pixelation when you zoom in. The two packages I mentioned even have advanced features like bones, particle effects, lip-syncing, automatic cel shading…..and I could go on but I won't. Just check them out when you get the chance.
I guess the easiest thing to do would be for you to make your animated gifs like normal but just repeat frames where you want tweens inserted. That way you can get the timing how you want it without spending too long on the details. You can send them to my e-mail or put them on your yahoo group site. If DP wants to help out as well then ID the frames so we know who is doing what. It would be like your own personal Korean animation sweat shop.
I've already PMed you my e-mail address regarding that other project of yours but not sure if you received it.
January 30, 2006 at 11:43 pm #21603TC2ParticipantAll righty I'm going to send you an 8 frame sample, and you show me what that program of yours can do so I can see if it's what I'm looking for or not. If it works out, then I'll provide the frames for the more complicated sequences to get 'tweened' so I can spend more time actually finishing the thing.
Dwarf if you still want to contribute as well then just tell me what you need and I'll send the files right away.

January 31, 2006 at 4:14 am #21604dwarfpriestParticipantColector, send me these 8 frames, and I can show you what I can do in Flash (no much compared to experienced Flash animators, but trust me its better than GIFs for longer animations).
January 31, 2006 at 7:26 am #21605ReasonParticipantActually, I wasn't going to use Moho to do the tweening as your frames are already bitmaps. I was happy to try my hand at pixel pushing for this project, until I did a few experiments last night with image warping in Moho url]http://www.amaz0ns.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,44/topic,2272.0[/url]. If you sent me the frames with transparent backgrounds then I could superimpose a vector skeleton on the characters and use image warping to animate them. Sort of a cross between bitmap and vector animation and should be a lot smoother and faster than tweening by hand.
Dwarf, just wondering how you were planning to import TC2's animated gifs into Flash. Does it have a way of vectorising the frames in a way that you can still automatically interpolate between them. If it does then that would definitely be the way to go.
February 1, 2006 at 11:24 am #21606TC2ParticipantThe files have been sent to your e-mails guys, if you don't 9 files of bitmaps showing a bicep sleeve bursting FMG scene, let me know and I will re-send the files.
