    I KNOW a lot of people slag John Byrne ( I've done it myself. Really don't like the guy )… But you know what? He's (still) a great artist. And he was WAY ahead of time when it came to depicting powerful muscular women, back in the 80's he gave us Barda, Rampage, Ms.Muscles (anybody remember her?) and of course Shulkie. So let's give the man his props. :mrgreen:

    Could you be referring to a villain that appeared, I think, in Legends?

    I submitted a "Miss Muscle" to DC for their '80s version of Dial H for Hero. She got picked and was used in a story that appeared as a back up in Superboy.

    Ms. Muscles was indeed from the Legends mini-series from a few years back that Mr. Byrne did illustrate.  She was only in the issue as a side story with Guy Gardner ("the one, true Green Lantern" Lol) and only appeared on about three pages.  She was very well built and muscular.

    I remember Miss Muscles from the Dial H backup series to Superboy back in the late '80s I believe when the girl (can't remember her name) dialed and turned into a very muscular woman.  They even had a small pic of her when the Dial H kids appeared in the DC character encyclopedia some years back (once again I cannot recall the actual name of the series).

    I forgot to mention that Ms. Muscles appeared in Legends #5.  That much I do remember!  😛

    So… That's her name! Here, the name was translated by something equivalent to Ms Magnificient (which she was indeed :-D)
