AlexGKeymasterAs I said before, such unbashed adoration will get you anywhere. π
Truth is folks, I, as the Lord of the High Castle, couldn’t refuse so humble a private entreaty as made by Sir Hunter, a fellow Knight of the Pen. 8)
You’re most welcome and it was a pleasure to assist you.

βI like a good story well told. That is the reason I am sometimes forced to tell them myself.β

Just a couple of questions: How Brenda’s brother (Tom) felt when the love between his sister and his best friend was reveal? Did he suspect from the beginning?

ParticipantMy sincerest thanks to everyone for your very kind words!
To Answer MaxAP’s question: In early drafts of the story I did include some initial awkwardness and friction between Tom and Mark. However, it seemed a bit tedious to write so I decided to leave their relationship to the imagination of the reader.

GuestSomething strange here! I read and enjoyed the story. But, I didn’t find it on DtV in the Recent Stories. That’s were I check to read the stories as they are posted. I’m wondering what other stories I’ve missed on DtV because of this.

ParticipantI am glad that you enjoyed the story, Erik.
To address your point regarding DtV — BE stories written by and destined for authors’ bookshelves in the "Ladybumps" section of the Library almost never get a pass through the "Recent Stories" area. BTW — The same is almost always true for BE-themed "Recent Artwork" as well.
Tschuss!
