If Renee Toney who is 5'8" 210 & has 20" Biceps How big do you picture the arms of Superheroines/Villans like She-Hulk who Marvel comics lists as 6'7" 650lbs,Titania, Power Girl,Wonderwoman,Powergirl & other fictional big women that I've failed to mention

Oh, I imagine the Titanesses (She-Hulk, Titania, Thundra, Big Barda, etc) as just plain BIG . . .  😉

But, no easy answer in measurements, especially with Jen, and it depends upon the artist drawing her and for what story line.

She was probably at her tallest and largest, in a bodybuilding format, for The Avengers: "Search for the She-Hulk" a few years back.  Tho, she was even larger in bulk size, twice in the Sensational series, when she Hulked-out into a Neo-Neanderthal – the first time as a gray and later towards the end of the series as a green one.

Got to agree with Alex – it's an inevitable problem of comics that characters measurements vary wildly… sometimes, even with the same artist.

She-Hulk varies for a variety of reasons… mainly due to her occasional savage periods. She definitely seems to be depicted and unquestionably is more more ripped when she is savage. Although, she did fairly well for herself as illustrated by Paul Pelletier after she buffed up to defeat whatever his name was.

Big Barda is probably bigger though… Rampage too.

I dunno about exact measurements, but Issue #100 stated that She-Hulk had the biggest chest of any woman in the Marvelverse – that's GOTTA count for something, right?! ;D

I think stats like Shulkie's weight have more to do with density than size. (I did some checking, and if She-Hulk was proportionately larger than Jen Walters, she'd only weigh about 200 pounds. Shulkie may be a big girl, but not even Pelletier's post-power-up Shulkie appeared to be carrying around 450 pounds of muscle.)

Well don't forget, she's not PROPORTIONATELY stronger. She's EXPONENTIALLY stronger 😛 Hence why she's one of the strongest mortals in the world right now.

I know. I'm talking size, not strength; if Shulkie had Jen's body, proportionately resized at 6'7", she'd only weigh about 200 pounds.

(And technically, according to Wikipedia articles I've read, Shulkie is currently the strongest female mortal in the entire Marvel Universe.)

I'll later be drawing size comparisons of various superheroines. I've almost finished drawing the male heroes, i.e. Superman and Capt. America.

But I wonder how I should approach cross comic comparisons. I've noticed many draw Caitlin Fairchild next to She-Hulk, or Power Girl. My work will feature three heroines on one page so I want to make each as different as possible, but fit. For example I want She-Hulk, next to Caitlin, next to Wonder Woman. I want She-Hulk to look the strongest, but is it fair to draw Fairchild with more muscles than Wonder Woman?

I would say Cait has more muscle thatn WW. WW who's strength has slowly increased over the decades was only depicted as a musclegirl as of the last couple of years but the first picture I saw of Caitlin was of her holding up a tank over her head in the back of a Stormwatch comic and altuogh not huge she definately had some muscle. I know it doesn't mean a lot in comic books but she's also at six foot four she's about four to six inches taller and weighs 300lbs to WW's five foot ten 150lbs.

I think Powergirl  would actually compare to She-hulk and Fairchild a little better. She's 5'8" and 160lbs. and is built like a bodybuilder. She-hulk has a bodybuilder physique as well but has a longer frame than PG so in a lot of picks i see PG actually look more muscular. I think Caitlin has more of a ripped figure/fitness physique like Mindi Obriean. But that's just my opinion.  ;D

Yes, but I want Caitlin to still look like a teenager. That's not easy since I have no real world reference for that size. I chose her to analyze the difference between a younger physique and an older, better conditioned physique. I do want WW to look better conditioned and trained despite her smaller frame. I could put her in front for seniority, but this is a physique comparison sketch. When I was drawing the male heroes I put Superman next to Cyclops and Capt. America. The differences between those Marvel heroes and Superman were obvious in me. But comparing Cyclops and Captain America needed more attention.
