Kara Bohigian is strong as hell

    Kara Bohigian found on u tube weighs less than 150 pounds but benches 402 pounds!

    My favorite video of here is called "Kara Bohigian Standing Military Press" where she dominates a pretty big weight that she says "is only two bumper plates and some change"  but it doesn't say how much weight it really is.

    Yikes!  She;s got to be, pound-for-pound, almost as strong as Ali Houston (sp?).  Very impressiveand cute as well.  Thanks for posting about her, although I'm not sure why you posted in a poll (the button next to the new poll button is the one you want, and I imagine that one of the mods might move this to the Female Athletes section.

    The suggestion was iodine, but I'd guess it could have been smelling salts.
