ParticipantSorry to hear you had an accident.
I had a cold which just sapped my energy, then I went on holiday and only just got back. I'm looking forward to getting back into gym-going within the next few days.

its cool I'm almost 100% again, oh man don't you hate that, consistent training and then BAM you get hit with a cold from out of nowhere, well I hope you are feeling better asap so you can get back to training 🙂

ParticipantBeen out of the gym for a bit over a month due to the process of moving into a new house. Despite this though, I've actually lost about five pounds from being more active (and probably from not eating properly either)

well I hope your move went as smooth as can be, the first thing you gotta do in your new house is set up that kitchen properly so you can prepare your 6 meals a day as easily as possible lol 😉

ParticipantO.K. I've been hitting the gym more regularly these past few weeks.I've also gone back to taking GNC Multi-vitamin supplements and I'm drinking more orange juice. Months ago I got sick too often after tough workouts.
And I should because it's become really hot these days in my country. I might as well conserve on water and electricity by spending more time at the gym where I'm already paying by the month.

You're about halfway between the Equator and the Tropic of Cancer, right? Hate to break it to you, but you'd better get used to the heat.
