GuestI like the way that muscular women tend to be mroe happy than women who are not in shape. I admit that I do have a giantess fetish as well, but I've recently gotten into the buff women thing a little bit as well. One of the women I work with works out frequently and although she is skinny shes still in great shape, I guess I kninda have a crush on her, but shes always happy and smiling and in a good mood. It puts me in a good mood to see her in a good mood.
I can see that. Few people are attracted to a sour-puss.

Now, FMG fiction is all about empowerment, about becoming more confident, more sexy, a better person, maybe. But the girls in the stories get to keep – and even enhance! – their femininity.
That's why I'm here, anyway! 🙂

So there's a definite line between fantasy and reality? Interesting. What about female bodybuilders that haven't sacrificed their femininity? I don't want to sound preachy, I'm just going to throw this idea out: female bodybuilders are becoming more confident, better, empowered, and thus sexy. The reason I suggest this is because they have gone out to achieve something they want regardless of what the cultural specifications of "woman" are. Instead of sacrificing their femininity, they have become more womanly…that is, become the best woman that they can be: fit, healthy, confident, and in charge of their lives.
Just a thought.

They become even more womanly to me b/c of their commitment to something that so directly challenges traditional notions of masculinity and femininity. I'm sure most women don't typically go into bodybuilding w/ that in mind, but I imagine they're reminded of it almost daily. To be able to go after something like that confidently, and w/out any self-doubt is part of what makes them so sexy. Yup.

Hmm…yes, you make a good point. But I was referring specifically to the guy who said he likes the fantasy of a buff woman but thinks that real-life buff babes are too masculine. Maybe this would explain his feelings?

TC2ParticipantI could understand why the guy likes fantasy over realistic.
Most women I've seen with muscles in the real world either have a very deep voice, or have lost the qualities that made them feminine like breasts.
At least with Fantasy muscle we can make them as big as we want, with the qualities we want, while also keeping them looking incredibly feminine.
Some women in real life when they do become body builders, just simply go from beautiful to very unattractive face wise. Everything starts looking all masculine instead of feminine. However, there are some GREAT exceptions like Melissa Dettweiler, Gina Davis, Sarah Dunlap, Jodi Miller, and a huge list that I couldn't possibly mentoin in one sitting.
But others simply look like men with somewhat female faces.

ParticipantI like women with stronger bodies because I think we are 3 dimensionnal beings living in a 3D world and I truly despise the common attitude that make most women they should look like sticks with boobs.
Women AND men should try to occupy the 3D space around them as best as they can.
I also value well rounded people, who apreciate art, food knowledge ect
but this is a muscle topic.

Yes, for me, there is a line between fantasy and reality. I didn't mean to say that female bodybuilders were not getting empowered or more confident or sexier; just that the road that the FBBs I've seen pictures of is not one I like going down myself, as it were. Empowerment is an important issue for me. I find that women are generally better people than men anyway and the imbalance in society is, at the very least, a sad thing.
As for the confidence thing mentioned elsewhere, that's entirely possible too. I will freely admit that I'm not a very confident lad but then again I freely admit that I would much prefer women to be in charge of the world than men.
