Hello all,
Recently, I found two GREAT issues of Dial H for Hero where Vicky Grant becomes two powerful superheroines with muscle! One is where she becomes Ultra Girl and the other, Ms, Muscle! (I looove this name, created it in for my muscled superheroine in City of heroes months before I found these scans!) But the muscle and power of a mighty superheroine, drawn during the early 80s like this is super RARE and I think done very well. What do you all think, did someone have a UBER muscle superheroine craving back then at DC like we do?! 😉
Enjoy,
Fonzie

Cool find!
Apparently none of you read the credit panel (bottom left, first page) for Ms. Muscle.

It's the one and the same Delmo, eh?
That…That's awesome.

Yep. With the exception of the original Fairchild and She-Hulk transformations, it's very possibly the coolest FMGy thing to happen in a comic book.
So so true.
Great!
Wooow,
Another Ms. Muscle in JLA?! Would you happen to know what issue might have been Ze and is it just a one shot-er of this MM? 😛

It wasn't in JLA. I think she appeared in Legends, a not-very-good 1986-1987 miniseries that didn't really fit in with the mood of the post-Crisis continuity at DC Comics. The basic plotline of Legends, oddly enough, is the same as Marvel's Civil War from the last year.

Ooops! Yes, my bad… :-[
