All the art really is Boris Vallejo, although it's not all strictly FM art. The book is a pretty good read, and pretty quick, too, at 214 pages, but significantly less, actually, because each picture uses up two pages of text (one for the picture, one for the blank backing so that none of the text leaks through and ruins the artwork. The book I have says that it's copyright 1991, so it's probably available for not too much if you know where to look.
