I remember when Britney Spears was first getting popular. There was a focus on women getting their abs tight (and an overall focus on fitness) which I appreciated.
It appears we now have a resurgence of this with Michelle Ob-ama's arms. Ignoring political affiliations, a focus on women working on their arms is a good thing. While Michelle Ob-ama certainly doesn't have a bodybuilder's biceps, they are quite fit — hopefully this is the start of a trend.

Not sure why this board is masking political names at this point, when the guy is president. It would've sucked if every time someone used the word "Bush" in the past eight years it came out "Tush". 😛
March 7, 2009 at 6:44 pm #80986AlexGKeymasterDon't know what the problem is, and as a Global Mod I should be able to fix it, but for some reason (perhaps only known to Lingster as to why) unless I leave a hyphen in, it goes to "Zero" or deletes the name all together.
"O-bama" <- That's the best I can do.
At least it's phonetically correct. :-

On a side note, I heard a joke that although Berry is reputedly able to bench press 200 pounds, she can bench press him.

I've given up on using his surname. It doesn't matter why it turns to "Zero", but it does, so… ::)

That's it, or so the joke went.

Wow! My estimation of her goes up. 8)
March 8, 2009 at 3:34 am #80990LingsterKeymasterApparently someone set the swear-word filter to change it to "Zero".

Firstly, I don't think that using the word "bitch" here is acceptable, in any context. Last time I recall it happening, it was a hater of one particular FBBer, and the response was not positive.
Secondly, have you met her? Or are you just going by what you see on TV? I really think it's very unfair to anybody to make the sort of categorical statement about someone that you made based purely on TV and press coverage that may, in some cases, be biased anyway. It's one thing not liking her husband's policies; it's quite another to insult her.
