    Hello all. Long time no post. Anyway, was flipping through channels earlier and spied something interesting on Nickelodeon's iCarly – did a quick youtube search and found the clip online (albeit in poor quality) of Sam and Carly as bodybuilders. Scene is at the beginning of the clip. Hopefully someone in the community will be kind enough to tivo a higher quality version? *heres hoping*
