Timothy Molaur was riding home on the bus from the Spiny Hill Baseball camp. He was eager to see his parents again, but not as eager to see his little sister Suzy, named after his grandmother, Suzanne Bellman Molaur. Behind him, at the back of the bus were two boys singing in clipped British accents:
"Never, never pee in the shower! Never, never pee in the shower!"
As the bus rounded a corner, he saw Cambridgeshire Public School right up ahead through his window on the right side of the bus. The driver, Mr. Paquette, stopped in the parking lot and all the kids got off. Looking forward to calling Suzy "Picklepuss" again, Tim looked around for his mom and dad.
"Tim! Tim! There you are!" his mother’s voice called.
Looking around, Tim saw his parents near their 1996 Buick Regal. Someone was changing their tire – someone big.
"We blew a tire when we pulled in here!" said Tim’s dad. "Wouldja like to see Suzy?"
"Old Picklepuss?" asked Tim. "Sure!"
"SUZY!" called their mother.
The large person putting the spare tire on the axle at the right rear of the vehicle stood up and walked around to where Tim’s parents were standing. It was Suzy, black hair and all – but she had grown HUGE! She was three times the size of their father easily. Walking between their parents, she stood in front of Tim, wearing the green lipstick that had earned her her nickname.
"While you were away at baseball camp, your sister Suzy had a world record growth spurt!" their father cried.
Suzy flexed her muscles as their mother grabbed onto her left arm and was lifted up into the air. Her biceps were huge!
"And check out her muscles!" their mother said. "She didn’t exercise and they just kept on growing!"
Tim gulped at the sight and Suzy giggled as she saw him staring at her.
"One thing’s for sure!" she said. "I don’t think you’ll be calling me Picklepuss ever again – will you, big brother?"
September 16, 2004 at 12:14 am #916alexParticipantI saw a illustration once, a long time ago, with this exact same story. So, unless you were the one who created that drawing, I’ll assume you’re just being sarcastic with this whole copyright bullshit.
September 16, 2004 at 1:04 am #917tuwar1984ParticipantWhen my memories are correct, it was a drawing from Gorgon…..
September 17, 2004 at 12:30 am #918Anthony DurrantParticipantIt is true that there is a picture on the Internet which features a boy named Tim, his sister and their parents. But the character Tim Molaur is indeed my creation, not the other artist’s – he never gave his "Tim" a last name.

Dang! I can’t believe nobody will be able to write a story about people named Molaur anymore! This is a real setback for the FMG story industry! Dang! 🙄
October 15, 2004 at 12:44 am #920Anthony DurrantParticipantYou’re right, folks – the story was inspired by Gorgon’s picture. But the dialogue and storyline were my own, based on my own personal experiences, except for the last two sentences, which are dialogue written by Gorgon. I’m sorry if this has caused any inconvenience for the man, whose work I greatly admire.
May 11, 2005 at 10:25 pm #921Anthony DurrantParticipantI just found my copy of the drawing again and it turns out that Gorgon named his boy Johnny while I named my boy Timmy. WHEW! What a relief.
May 27, 2009 at 8:10 am #922Anthony DurrantParticipantWhen I typed in the url at the bottom of my copy of the drawing that inspired this story some time ago, I found that somebody had taken it out of his file – probably Gorgon himself. It's no longer available on the Internet.
May 28, 2009 at 7:25 am #923fbbfanParticipantIt is hard to find, and with good reason.
It is kinda creepy.
But I have to admit, it is a pretty good FMG drawing at the least, and one of my favorites I confess.
Always wanted to see a continuation of these characters.
Where is Gorgon these days?
