Came across this posted @ RX Muscle Forums which as you can imagine has plenty of commentary on the issue.
Reported by ANDREAS CAHLING (former IFBB PRO BODYBUILDER)
Source: http://andreascahling.blogspot.com/ February 9, 2011
Swedish police hit hard on Wednesday looking for muscular people in a surprise razzia involving 100 officers descending on 30-40 gyms in the Stockholm area. Police rounded up 60 more people considered as too muscular by the police and ordered them to produce a urine test and labeled them as suspects as per local Swedish media. Despite only 2 people actually being detained, police vowed to be back with razzias against muscular people in other areas of Sweden as well.
This is in line with the Swedish goverments crackdown and persecution of muscular people and Reggae music fans.
Sweden is the first country doing muscle profiling and now harbors the first Muscle Dissenters which are the individuals in Sweden who refuse to downgrade their arm measurements.
A muscular person at a reggae concert would be in doubble jeopardy!
What kind of travel warning and travel advisory will be issued for athletes and muscular people regarding Sweden?

Seriously, though. Why do I get the feeling that freedom is fast becoming an obsolete concept?

Welcome to the New World Order – conformity über alles.
Once it was a land of the fearsome Vikings, it’s now reduced to nation run by socialist bureaucrats who feel threatened by powerful built-up individuals. Bad enough for the men, but I can only imagine the levels of hysterical crap that any buffed woman might be forced to endure with this type of governmentally sanctioned persecution.

Well, all I can say is that if some ultra muscular Swedish chick turns up on my doorstep seeking asylum, I’ll be happy to do my bit for human rights .
