    Well it was brief, but the chat was active. It’d be nice to see it used more.

    That’s the trouble w/ chat.

    The various people spread out over several time zones, and in some cases worldwide, able to juggle their schedules in order to meet up with others that post here on the forums.

    ‘Bout the only way to get it to work, at least in the past it was the case, is to announce it well in advance on the forums (say a wk or so) and not at the last minute.

    Its not like it was a decade or so ago on IRC when you had estiblished rooms filled to capcity w/ regulars from the GTS forums. There was usually a steady flow of people coming and going on the weekend evenings.

    I had quite nice chats in the old ‘chat’ room (it was something like twitter rival) but this one hasn’t been active. The problem is I’m in UTC/GMT +2 time zone.

    That could be one issue. I am in the Eastern Time Zone. So yeah. :/
