    yeah she is the real deal, since she trains at the same gym that I do from time to time I can honesty tell you that she is a strong woman, those legs of hers get EXTREMELY thick in the off season, her overhead dumbell shoulder press is not to shabby either 😉

    :oWHAT?!  You're able to successfully workout at the gym with that beautiful and powerful woman in your midst? 😮  Now that's discipline for ya!  (Mainly because I couldn't concentrate on anything else.  Heck…my eyes pop outta my head if I see a woman in the city with great calf definition.) ;D

    lol I have to admit I have found myself staring from time to time, although when I go to the gym I am all business, to me its all about digging down deep so i usually don't talk to anyone around me, I keep it short "hi how are you" and thats it, yeah Rhonda and Jane Prado can sometimes make you lose your focus lol

    In this forum thread Rhonda (Insomnia) says she can leg press 1620 lbs. for 10 reps and also squat 315 lbs. for 28 reps.

    Incline DB presses 85-90lbs  5-8 reps
    Shoulder DB Presses 70lbs x 10 reps
    Curl 110 x 6 reps
    Squat 315 x 28reps (dont go beyond 315 anymore, I'm just too old)
    Legpress 1620lbs (34 plates) x 10reps
    SL deadlift 225 x 15

    yeah thats pretty acurate, Ive seen the above done with my own eyes, it also seems that she is pretty big on pull ups as well 🙂

    She prides her self as a drug free athlete to. That makes her a truly gifted strength and physique athlete.  😮 😀
