I'm kind of shy, so please be gentle and keep in mind I'm starting out at 245 pounds at 5'6" tall. My hormones are a mess, last tested testosterone was upper mid range for a male and estrogen and progesterone low to match, so I'm a bit hairy on the back of my forearms and around my chin >_< Thankfully you can't see that in these two shots. But just thought I'd post the little bit of progress I've had so far. You couldn't really see my biceps before I started, it's starting to push through the fat a bit now. My calves however, have always been mostly lean and are showing more definition than before.

    Necro 'gon get buff'd 😀

Heh.. my calves are like that, always been quite big and solid.. maybe 'cause they have some amount of weight to deal with..? lol
And yeah.. I'm pretty sure I have high testosterone (I know my Mum has) and we're both built solid with broad shoulders, and are naturally quite strong (tho I ain't hairy, natural blonde and all)

Heh.. thought I'd join yer little photo-shoot 😀 took this a couple days ago after not bein the gym in ages (have education commitments that are rather absorbing, and a chem commitment thats going to take up even MORE time now..) but I do hope to get back to it all in a week or so.. this was the best light for showing you, as you know I'm not going for the most defined biceps ever, and I'm not skinny. But these ain't small, I don't have much fat on my biceps.. and this one's my left arm..? Yeah xD;; Excuse the hair! It looks terrible! x_X

….x_X Man I have thick wrists.

Ladies, this definitely looks like someone is living the dream. I'm really impressed by both of your ambition and straight-forwardness. Definitely a fan!

BTW, Kulli, those are some awful scratches you got on your forearms. What happened?

I would say yeah about them carrying the weight, though with me the odd thing is, that and my forearms have so little fat on them compared to my upper arms and thighs. The more central a part of my body is, the more fat it bears, where my calves and forearms are lean. x_x And I was just feeling over my left pectoral this morning, there seems to be disruption in the muscle underneath my mediport scar. I just hope that doesn't interfere with how it developes.

Where you carry fat is entirely genetic. Karla Nelson had a condition that led her to have nearly ripped legs year round. Some women are naturally lean while others have a tendancy to store fat. Either can be unhealthy you just have to stick to it to reach a healthy and happy level.

Actually, for me it's accidental. I went through aggressive chemotherapy when I was 18. Before chemo, I weighed 135lbs. After, I gained 110 pounds of the next few years because of hormonal disruptance. Today I just got the results back from bloodwork I had done last week and as suspected, my insulin levels are high. Normal range is 3-28, mine is at 33.7. My doc gave me a choice of seeing a nutritionist and trying a different diet or taking a pill. I told her I'd try the nutritionist first since I would need to see one anyway when I finally get to talk to my trainer about bodybuilding. Though there is a certain kind of fibre capsule my dad had gotten for me before that helped when my insulin would spike. Instead of taking a glucose tablet to balance it, I would take one of those and it would come down more easily without leaving me trembling and weak like the glucose did.

A most interesting scar on your chest, dear Child, though I's will ask of it no further.

You hormone condition is on that is known to this Flesh.
A former partner had a similair disbalance -also caused from a side effect in chemotherapy in early Youth. Though it would appear her's was a touch worse then your's -for she suffered terrible and violent mood swings (to the point she tried to murder I in my's sleep on occasion) as well as Suger Spikes in her blood coupled with almost every hormone imbalance effect known to medical science at the time.
She was given all forms and varients of shows, pills and placebos but in the end the onyl way she could manage her condition was a very strict diet, vitimen and herbal suppliments and a stringent workout routine.
she still has lapses but is in fair health, so it should be no different for you.

If you do so desire, I's can ask after her and see what she would recommend to you.

As for you form: you do have much potential in your form -from the natural shape of your bone structure and the way your flesh hangs upon it- but you still require a modicom of work.
Though there is no doubt you shall achieve what yo so desire. For you do display a good sense of dedication to you goals as well as full commitment for what needs to be done.

Again, apologise if my's tone is in any form condicending and patronising.

All the best to you, dear Child, in all your endeavours.

    Peace
    The Pimp NeonBlack
