and the heaven unleashes the hell's fire!!!

I remember writing about this church lady, I tried to write a comedy, or satire, I'm not sure. It's not easy for me to write comedy in english and it sounded so funny in portuguese.

If I can remember right, the church lady, Ms.Quitanda was praying constantly for the lord asking him to make her family to attend the church, to stop saying profanities and to be like her, a church lady, and one day praying at the church’s altar suddenly the big large wooden cross fell over her head which started her unusual powers.

What happens next, I believe, was that the church lady mixed up her new strange powers with a miracle from the heavens, she had visions in the hospital while in bed. I wrote it very ambiguously of course.  She started to think that she could feel other people's sins, which in reality was a supernatural antenna to sense attraction to her own body, a body that started to morph from 50 old conservative lady to a sexy (conservative) beast. I started to call her Esmeralda by this point, her first name, and a sexier one too.

That was the hidden secret of this story, that what triggers her growth wasn't the lord’s praise, but was the dirty thoughts from everyone around gawking at her body that grew more voluptuous and muscular day by day; in a vicious cycle, her heavenly body grew more and became more sensual creating even more dirty thoughts which she sensed as sins that needed to be punished by making them praying harder for repent.

The poor victims of Esmeralda were all trying to repent of desiring her massive toned legs, or thinking of her deep cleavage, or of her powerful body, but it all just reinforced their dirty thoughts over her body, making her strange powers to get stronger and her growth to accelerate. She felt all this sexual force nourishing  her in the prayers as a lord’s reward for making them to repent their sexual impulses over her. And she uses those powers to make, not only her family, but the entire city to repent their sins of wanting her. In the end, I think, it is not written, is that she becomes so powerful that begins to believe that she's God itself, and creates her personal Hell and Heavens and calls the judgment day over the entire humanity, judging one by one. Oh, the humanity.

Phew… I didn't remember that was that complex… it was hot, I think I even start to read it again now…

CaptMalcomReynolds you are free to do whatever want to do, as anyone else, create your own twist, do as you feel like. I don’t mind at all. We don’t have FMG stories enough, never will, I guess. Glad that you like it.

Thanks Crazyfck. I pretty much kept the same basic elements as you did. She gets hit on the head with the cross and, through her devout faith, is actually awarded power to help bring people back into the fold. However, she becomes so zealous in doing so, that her cause becomes skewed and that when she forces people to repent through prayer, they are so awed by her attitude that their faith becomes more focused on HER. Thus, while they're busy repenting for their various ills, sins and problems, they're actually fueling her change. Like your story, the sexier she becomes, the more people begin to lust, the more they repent, and the more power is funneled into her. Since she was "chosen" by the powers that be, which aren't as powerful and omniscient as they once were due to a decline of faith, she begins to enjoy the changes and desire power even more.

I'm not sure quite how people will take the whole concept of faith and power but I figure that since its scifi/fantasy, that perhaps they'll just enjoy the story. *Shrug*

I'm not sure quite how people will take the whole concept of faith and power but I figure that since its scifi/fantasy, that perhaps they'll just enjoy the story. *Shrug*

yeah, I know the feeling. But then in almost every story I wrote some forbidding aspect would pop up making me to have second thoughts. If you pay too much attention to it, it can make you to stop writing.

I dug an older PC of mine and found a unfinished draft of an english version of this story. I didn't even remembered that I spent a couple of nights on it some years ago, probably I was drunk or something. I'm not sure how far it went, I would need to reread it…

You are making the crazyfck smug… I always wrote the stories for my own pleasure, and wrote them in english so I can share them. I remember the time I had to use web translators to read Little Baby Daddy, or Cheerleader Diaries, New Woman, etc. It was a torture, I needed a dictionary by the side of the computer to consult every minute.

It's a very good thing you are doing, backing up those stories, specially those posted in forums that disappears with a server crash or its owner decides to pull the plug. Those stories are indeed safer in the internet cloud.

Beware though, I'm not a writer and this is my first outing.

I read Stephen King's On Writing. It gives some encouragement but it mostly give us some perspective:

"Fiction writers, present company included,
don’t understand very much about what they do—not why it
works when it’s good, not why it doesn’t when it’s bad."

My favorite passage is this:

"What are you going to write about?
And the equally big answer: Anything you damn well want.
