    Masschine is right. Muscle is denser than fat. I’m the heaviest member of the family and I have the lowest ammount of fat.

    well I meant more 5 pounds over weight with muscle. I don’t imagine 5lbs of muscle weighs more than 5lbs of fat.

    Yeah, it doesn’t matter. If I’m 5 pounds over because of muscle, water, fat, bone, too much skin, dense eyes, too many teeth, whatever…I’m still 5 pounds over and can’t enlist.
