    i looked her up. she had her leg amputated after a car accident.

    Yes, Savannah had the accident, but the woman in that scene is Katie Folger, I think. They are booth in The Golden Rut and I found different sources using either name for the scene.

    I had problems also finding out who she was. There a lot of confusion saying that she was one of these two actoress listed here.

    If you read this link. You will see, that it says, SW flexes in the movie old boy 2013.

    So is this actress SW or KF, they are both in the movie goldern rut!!

    No I did not watch it. I didn’t want to sit around for two hours just to see some slightly muscular (being generous here) actress flex for two seconds. So if you want the answer you have to find it yourself (like many things in life).
