I'm given to understand that bodybuilding is a rather rare occurrence in Japan, domestically speaking, so I imagine that FBBing is even rarer still.

Nishimoto-san is indeed a beautiful and incredible woman and bodybuilding in Asian -especially Japan and South Korea- is not as uncommon as you would think.

Merely under publicised.

I wouldn't worry about it.  So long as it's done in good taste, perhaps with a sense of positive humor added in, it's been my experiance (i.e. Sarah Dunlap as a GTS or Stephanie Starr as a She-Hulk) that they greatly enjoy the attention.
