I saw it once upon a time. It wasn’t very good, but an interesting idea. Part of the problem was, in those days, even hard core fbb’s weren’t very impressive, as in, of you saw a rache mclish or Lori Bowen of those days in street clothes, you wouldn’t guess she lifted weights. GP would be a pretty good premise if any small time filmmaker would remake it as a trashy Lifetime movie. That’d be pretty cool.

in many ways it was realistic, the shameful attitudes , the negative comments , and such , the only problem the girls really needed to be in contest shape, the main character body could of been more define.and more skin showing!it was a very conservative view of the women. all in all it gets about “B” for effort.

I remember watching this whenever it came on tv. Her father and boyfriend in the movie gave her a hard time when she started putting on muscle.
