Does anyone know how heavy those dumbbells are in the video?
They look to be 105#s (10 plates + db bar) with rubberized ends. 😮
I'm reminded of the WPW footage w/ Andrulla Blanchette where she incline benched w/ a pair 100# DBs.

November 29, 2009 at 5:50 am #76375Robert McNayParticipantThat first picture of her doing the lat spread is unbelievable. I don't think I've ever seen such clear deliniation between a torso and the back on a woman, its almost like the back muscles were a seperate piece "screwed" onto her from behind.
And the size…… 😮 . You have these beautiful narrow hips that flow into that wonderful narrow waist and core, then ***WHAM***, her body seems to explode in that exquisite sharp taper outwards. If you put a protractor on it, I'd bet that is at least 45 or 50 degree angle away from her sides.
That second pic is gorgeous. Who can argue with such a fantastically curved butt and those graceful, muscular legs.
The hell with the Maltese Falcon, she's the stuff dreams are made of. Damn. :-* ;D

If anything, I think that her only fault is the narrowness of her hips. I like broad-hipped women! ;D
