I have just eaten about half a loaf of SUN MAID cinnamon/raisin bread while watching a Perry Mason episode on my Playstation; this rankles me terribly as I had supper early a little over two hours ago. Why I sometimes eat like this, I don’t know. It could be linked to the fact that while I was at the Ottawa Child Study Centre we had a snack period in the afternoon, but it could be also because while I was attending school there I saw the movie [ET: The Extraterrestrialb][/b] over the summer of 1982. In this fillm, the eponymous alien raids the refrigerator and I first learned how to do so myself from watching the film. Either way, it is both a bizarre and unhealthy habit and I ought to try and break the cycle next time.
Go paleo.
