ParticipantI don't know, but they say there was zero sign of any entry by another person. He did have enemies from ratting, but he also had nothing to live for and the mother of Amanda said he was a beater and she was trying desperately to get away from him. The only connection was the child. That sounds like a suicide-murder possibility to me. There are a ton of people being nailed in Texas now….welnness centers, doctors, and many more for dealing. Many of them also gave names and ratted people out. I don't see many getting shot. I get that the guy was fairly big as a dealer and I do buy into coverups, but this doesn't sound like it.

ParticipantThe Feds also took a look at the murder scene. That would make a coverup a bit harder for the locals. The feds were the ones with the names and according to articles took a look at the murder themselves. It would be a great cover job if it was one.

ParticipantThe other 8 shots were during the struggle.
Still not buying it. He committed suicide by shooting himself in the stomach and the head? Who on earth does that? It was an execution, plain and simple. I'd love to see the gunpowder patterns on his body – there should be some, if he fired on himself at close range. If there aren't any, it means he probably didn't shoot himself.
Seriously, he ratted out a huge number of people, pretty sure it included federal people, politicians, local cops, high-profile sports figures… he seriously made a LOT of enemies.
It's like with the "D.C. Madam", she was about to testify against a shitload of high-up politicians and lots of high-ranking people, and all of a sudden she "committed suicide".
Yeah, right.

Did you read this post? Is it really that hard to believe that he was shot in the gut during a stuggle, won the struggle, finished off Amanda, and then decided to off himself?
Conspiracy theories show up in the strangest places.

Conspiracy theories show up in the strangest places.
Conspiracy theories show up where there are notoriously corrupt police agencies, and where a lot of people have something to gain from one person dying.
So he shot Amanda in the head three times despite getting gutshot, one of the single most excruciatingly painful places to get shot? Man, he must be some marksman!June 20, 2008 at 4:47 am #71414kuner
ParticipantI don't really believe the official story. There are killers available for 10k and up. Dish out a bit more and you can get a pro who will make things look like an accident or murder. Peanuts to the people he ratted out.

ParticipantMy, my. What a startling turn of gossip. Is it easier to believe in sports conspiracy or in domestic violence? Is the same system that committed treason and dropped Valerie Plame also responsible for killing a rat – who already begun spilling the beans? Magic bullets and pointing fingers.

ParticipantIn a strange twist of irony, the BBC's prime-time current-affairs programme yesterday evening (The One Show) revealed the shocking statistic that, in the UK, two women PER WEEK are killed by a current or ex-partner or husband. They also bemoaned the extent to which domestic violence is hushed-up and its prevalence denied. In the modern age, such 19th century attitudes are inexcusable. Then we see the attitude here: a place where women are venerated, and our members are still refusing to consider or mention domestic violence as the cause of Amanda's death. They'd rather point the finger at public servants being involved en masse in a conspiracy than they would discuss or acknowledge the simple fact of one evil bastard abusing, then killing Amanda. >:( It all gives a saddening insight into people's personal philosophies and attitudes. :'(

ParticipantI read that Oxygen magazine printed a dedication to Amanda in their recent issues. Does anybody know which issue that is? The magazines sold here are wrapped in plastic to discourage browsing.
