While I have something in mind what I’ve seen the series from France, Les Minijusticiers, based on the same name of a comic for 3-6 year-olds. The series has in English titles called; The MiniAvengers, The MiniMighty Kids, and The MiniMighty Squad] Just like retitled of the Godzilla sequels in the US never kept the same title as Japanese title to translate.

The story depicts a variety of anthropomorphic animals, apparently older than ten years, {boys and girls}exposing a specific defect. Each character has its own default, complex and linked to it, which usually other characters in the series laugh. Each characters get “super powers” from their complex and arrive in a paradoxical way to profit. They again become “normal” at the end when they admit that their complex is not so pervasive.

There were 24 girls has short muscle growth whait I explain about always grown on me. Therefore, I have never heard of it until several years. And here’s a list of names for girls only
