    Venus de Milo from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventures
    Lum from Uresai Yatsura (sp?)
    The opening sequence from Wanna Be's.
    Maris from Maris the Chojo or The Supergal.

    Maris the Chojo is especially interesting as it is about a superhuman alien girl who is one of the last of her race.  She is so superhumanly strong that she needs to wear a special harness to limit her strength or else she risks destroying the planet beneath her feet.  The fight you saw in that clip was the final fight in the movie, and the girl she was fighting (blue haired girl) was another of her race, though not as strong.  Still though, she managed to put some sort of a lock on her harness that kept her from removing it, which brought her strength down to a level below the blue haired girl's.  Those two frogs managed to undo the lock by remote, which you saw, which allowed her to shed her harness, accessing her full power.
