    Daniela Sell incline benches 500# for reps, deads over 700#, barbell curls 250, squats almost 600. And then bends an olympic steel bar over her back!

    I believe she has done 148 kg raw bench so she is really really strong for real.

    But of course, those lifts are fake.

    Well Aneta Florczyk has done that quite a few times. It's not really that hard with aluminum pan.


    British strongwoman Elizabeth "grip girl" Horne is said to have done that with two pans but haven't seen that one. She is the rolling thunder wr holder and holds several other grip records.
