    You're about halfway between the Equator and the Tropic of Cancer, right?  Hate to break it to you, but you'd better get used to the heat.

    No, the real problem is it's too hot to park the car outside during the day. So I just go there after sunset. I'm fine at home but I do save water by taking showers at the gym. Once it's June monsoon season starts and it's much cooler afterwards.
